After finishing her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science in 2020, Katja Prüger started working at the General Hospital Vienna in the Institute for Pathology in the area of molecular pathology. To gain more experience working in the research area, she worked in the research for Oncobiology at Nova Medical School in Lisbon. Currently, she works for the Medical University of Vienna in the Center for virology and is also doing her Master’s degree in Digital Healthcare because she wants to combine her knowledge of Biomedicine with the technical aspect and is very interested in technical innovations to improve the healthcare sector.
